Some people take a lifetime to find their soulmate. Nevertheless, Joshua and Zivan immediately found each other. However, adults’ world follows different rules of those of the heart, and Zivan must go back to Iran to be given in marriage to a cousin. Joshua suffers, and all he can do is to draw, to fill up entire sketchbooks with images of her. While undergoing the pain, his drawings attire the attention of Sergio and Dylan, two dangerous mates, who Joshua cannot for sure imagine as friends.
Erna Sassen

Erna Sassen has studied at the Drama School in Amsterdam. She began her career as a producer and actress, performing in musicals and theatrical works for adults and children, as well as interpreting the role of a nurse in a famous medical Dutch TV series. In 2004, she started writing books for kids, earning several awards, among which the Gouden Griffel, the most important prize of the Netherlands. She now lives in Haarlem.
Martijn van der Linden

Martijn van der Linden has studied illustration at the Willem de Koning Academy of Rotterdam. He works as illustrator for numerous publishing houses, and holds conferences and workshops in schools. Among the recognitions, he received the Woutertje Pieterse Award and the Golden Paintbrush. He lives and works in Rotterdam.

After the degree at the School for Interpreters and Translators of Trieste, and a master in audiovisual and multimedia Translation, Olga Amagliani has been working for more than ten years as translator for publishing houses, museums and agencies. For Camelozampa, she already has translated Enne Koens’ novels Sono Vincent and Non ho paura finalist for the Strega Award 2022), Da qui si vede il mondo intero and Hotel Bonbien, and Derk Visser’s Zucchero filato and Drama Queen, as well as the comic books Viktor and Più grande di un sogno.
